    Initially, we’ll have a complimentary exploratory session to connect and understand your goals. Once we’ve discovered our connection, we’ll get the paperwork out of the way, and map out your consistent sessions to have the most effectiveness.

    My sessions are designed to show my clients who they truly are – so much of what I do is about listening to your story with empathy and understanding your life so that I can adapt the learning to what you need – creating lasting solutions designed around what you need to know, do, and be.

    For you, it’s about getting to know me, after all, there will be a lot of trust in our partnership so it’s important you feel comfortable. Utilizing a variety of approaches, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that is customized to meet your unique circumstances.

I long to see marginalized communities of color heal from trauma and break free from unhealthy traditions. I see you and recognize your intersecting perspectives and experiences as a Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color. Let’s process the pain to discover the healing and recovery our souls and bodies so desperately need.
